I thought Lausanne did a pretty good job in bringing me into Christmas mood last year… but London has nothing to envy Switzerland in this subject – during the last few weeks I’ve been continuously surprised with the city’s lights and decoration!
Imagine leaving your office on a bad day and stumbling upon this every evening. Who can stay grumpy with such a light show?
With such short days it’s easy to leave lunch are realize it’s already dark… It was a nice surprise to see South Kensington / Sloane Square all lit up!
To be frank, I always associated Covent Garden with herds of tourists and overpriced meals – I am probably right about that, but this doesn’t stop me from having a drink at such a beautiful venue, right?

I have always associated Christmas with England, maybe it is the whole “A Christmas Carol” thing? Anyway, nice pics and if all goes according to plans next year I will be spending time in England for Christmas.
